CANCELLATION POLICY

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery method will not be reimbursed.

We shall make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day return period has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified by law.

For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal may expire if the seal has been removed after delivery. This exception applies only where the legal requirements are actually met.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires only after performance has begun where:

1. you expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expired;
2. you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal;
3. we provided the required contractual confirmation; and
4. all further statutory requirements are met.

A mere download link or preselected checkbox is not sufficient.
